I took my newly formed family care business from zero clients, zero rating and zero contracts to a seven-figure business employing almost 100 staff within 3 years.

I used my skills and experience as a business consultant to secure private clients within 1-month of being registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

I led the acquisition of the Wales office in 2023 which now covers the whole of the North Wales area, doubling in size financially.

I secured “Good” ratings in both 2022 and 2025 CQC Inspections of the service despite not having any experience in the care industry when we first started in 2021!
